Thank you for purchasing digital pattern products from Crochet by EEP. This Return & Refund Policy explains your rights and obligations when buying digital downloadable products on this website, and the circumstances under which refunds may be issued.

Digital Products – No Refunds After Download

All products sold on this website are digital downloadable files (PDF patterns). Because these are intangible digital goods that are immediately accessible after purchase and cannot be returned physically, all sales are final once the download link has been provided and the customer has started the download.

By completing a purchase and accessing the download, you acknowledge and agree that you lose your right of withdrawal under applicable consumer protection laws (e.g., EU Consumer Rights Directive) once the download begins. Therefore, refunds are not provided for digital products after the download has been initiated.

This policy applies irrespective of whether the digital product has been opened, partially downloaded, or fully downloaded.

Duplicate Payments

The only exception where a refund may be considered is in the case of a clear duplicate payment (for example paying twice in error for the same product). In such cases, please contact us within 14 days of the transaction, and upon verification we will issue a refund for the duplicate payment.

Refunds for duplicate payments are issued by the original payment method and may take up to 14 business days to process, depending on the payment provider.
